These are some Whoppie Pies
Its basic chocolate cake batter , you spoon it on to a cookie pan ( i used parchment paper for easy removal) . Next once they've cooled you can take a cookie cutter & cut them . Once your done take a knife & spread . You can roll them in sprinkles and refrigerate till display ;o
