These are some Whoppie Pies 
Its basic chocolate cake batter , you spoon it on to a cookie pan ( i used parchment paper for easy removal) . Next once they've cooled you can take a cookie cutter & cut them . Once your done take a knife & spread . You can roll them in sprinkles and refrigerate till display ;

Christmas ♥

 Mini Oreo Cupcakes
Made these for my friends at school .These are vanilla cupcakes with oreo bake in side . I leave a hole with the oreo shown for it to be able to stack



Christmas is the best time bake .

Mini Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
   I bought a mini cupcake pan & this picture  was stuck to it . So i had to try it :D So its your simple vanilla cake recipe with mini chocolate chips.  It was pretty close to the picture .

This picture is a punkin cupcake with butter-cream frosting topped with a  gumpaste punkin i made myself.

Dulce de leche cupcakes.
Made these for my dads birthday Sept. 10, 2012.
Recipe here :Makes 12 cupcakes
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
2 large eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup milk
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease a standard 12-cup muffin pan or insert paper liners.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream together the sugars and butter. Add the eggs and vanilla until combined. Alternate the flour mixture with the milk until you get a smooth batter. Spoon into the muffin pan wells equally, about 2/3 full.
4. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a testter comes out clean. Cool completely before frosting.
Dulce de Leche Buttercream

1 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened
3 Tablespoons heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
pinch of salt
3/4 cup dulce de leche
Cream together softened butter and powdered sugar on low using an electric mixer. Add cream, salt, and vanilla and beat on medium speed until smooth and no lumps appear. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the prepared dulce de leche and beat to incorporate. Frost cooled cupcakes using a knife or a pastry bag and tip.



Red velvet marbled cake .

First post~!

Happy fourth of july!!! a little late but its fine ! My first post and certainly not my last ! i used my vanilla Madagascar bean cake with vanilla frosting and topped  it off with blueberry's and strawberry's and luster dust :)
